Most schools focus on either wilderness medicine
or wilderness survival. We teach both.
The courses at SOWMAS combine information from wilderness medicine, tactical medicine, primitive and modern survival, botany, biology, and more in order to create unique learning experiences.
If you enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking, kayaking, or just plain camping, we can provide you with training that will help you be safer and more confident while in the outdoors. If you need certification in Wilderness First Aid or as a Wilderness First Responder, we can help with that too!
